The fair about building, living, renovating, modernising, reconstructing, energy efficiency and protection against burglary taking place in Luckenwalde shows a lot of new and proven matters. The focus is on energy efficiency and renewable energies. The exhibition range comprises new techniques for heating with solar and geothermal energy, wood and electricity (infra-red) but also with conventional energy sources. In this context, the topic independence by saving and using self-generated energy plays a major role. In addition, an extensive visitor program will be prepared focusing on the special theme of security and protection against burglary. Independent experts (e.g. police of Brandenburg, the building owners-protection association, consumer advice centre, regional association of building and energy consultants), but also representatives of exhibiting companies discuss current issues of prospective constructors and modernisers. The fair is aimed at regional house owners, builder-owners and modernisers. Well-developed areas with affordable plots will inspire future house builders. Historically grown settlements offer a living space for young and old. Due to its excellent infrastructure, the region around Luckenwalde ranks among the most attractive residential locations in the newly-formed German states. While elsewhere the population declined, the latter increased steadily in the region south of Berlin. The hall offers the best conditions for such a high-level event.
The FlämingBau will take place on 2 days from Saturday, 11. November to Sunday, 12. November 2017 in Luckenwalde.
