Last year, under the organization of China Chamber of Commerce for Electrical and Mechanical Industry (CCCEMI), Chinese electromechanical foreign trade enterprises participated in a number of domestic and international exhibitions, harvested new orders and expanded a broader international market.    With the advantage of resources, China Chamber of Commerce for Electrical and Mechanical Industry has done a lot of work in promoting trade cooperation between Chinese and foreign enterprises.    Timely understanding of industry development trends, accurately grasp the dynamics of foreign trade for China's foreign trade enterprises to effectively participate in the exhibition, in-depth expansion of the international market has played a positive role. To this end, China Chamber of Commerce for Electrical and Mechanical Services (CCCME) has actively acted to make full use of the Chamber's official website, WeChat public number, small program, WeChat group and email and other information pushing channels to push the information on electromechanical trade and foreign trade dynamics to electromechanical enterprises in a timely manner, as well as to provide electromechanical enterprises with statistical data, analytical reports, judicial cases, and visual query on international supply chain, etc., so as to provide them with timely, accurate and high-quality information on electromechanical foreign trade and economic affairs and trade.    In addition, in order to help Chinese enterprises avoid trade risks, CCCME relies on high-end think tanks such as International Industry Cooperation Center, Green Low Carbon International Cooperation Committee, Export Control Compliance Committee, etc., and actively builds platforms, provides information, carries out trainings, connects resources, and facilitates cooperation for its members' enterprises to carry out international cooperation.

   It is reported that in 2023, CEMC helped more than 200 fastener enterprises to cope with EU carbon tariffs, dealt with 58 cases of anti-dumping, countervailing and safeguard measures, dealt with 16 cases of U.S. 337, issued 8 product warnings to the outside world, and assisted enterprises in recovering 5 foreign commercial debts, which made a positive contribution to the maintenance of enterprises' interests overseas.

   In 2024, CCCME will give full play to the roles of the Expert Committee, the Green Low Carbon International Cooperation Committee, the Export Control Compliance Committee and other high-end think tanks; continue to organize public lectures of the Chamber's Expert Lecture Hall, and carry out in-depth professional training for enterprises on ESG, Green Low Carbon, Export Control Compliance, Legal Rights Defense, etc.; integrate domestic and foreign technology, capital and intellectual resources to help enterprises promote industrial upgrading and green transformation; actively organize enterprises to deal with anti-dumping and anti-protection measures; and actively organize enterprises to deal with anti-dumping and anti-dumping. The Chamber actively organizes enterprises to respond to anti-dumping, countervailing and safeguard measures investigations, and provides legal consulting, commercial debt collection, compliance building, intellectual property protection and other legal services to help enterprises safeguard their legitimate rights and interests overseas.
