Macau, Feb. 20 (Xinhua Fu Zimei) - The Urban Planning and Construction Bureau of Hengqin Guangdong-Macao Deep Cooperation Zone has recently issued the "Circular on the Way of Personnel and Vehicles Exiting the Island on the "Second Line" Passage of Hengqin Guangdong-Macao Deep Cooperation Zone", which specifies the way of personnel and various types of vehicles exiting the island on the "second line" passage of the zone, including the flow lines of various types of buses, regular buses and trucks, and the corresponding processes. The Notice specifies the way for people and various types of vehicles to leave the island, including the flow lines of various types of buses, regular buses and trucks, and the corresponding procedures, which will further facilitate the smooth flow of people, goods, capital and information between Qin and Macao.

　　On February 8, the Executive Committee of Hengqin Guangdong-Macao Deep Cooperation Zone and the Working Office of Hengqin Guangdong-Macao Deep Cooperation Zone of the People's Government of Guangdong Province jointly issued a circular that the zone will be officially closed and operational from March 1; on February 9, the "Circular on the Function of the "Second Line" Passageway of the Hengqin Guangdong-Macao Deep Cooperation Zone" was announced, specifying the functions of the various "Second Line" passages of the zone. On February 9, the "Notice on the Function of the "Second Line" Passage in Hengqin Guangdong-Macao Deep Cooperation Zone" was published to clarify the function and time for the passage of the various "second line" passages in the Cooperation Zone from the Cooperation Zone to the direction of the Mainland (the direction of leaving the island).

　　At present, the Cooperation Zone is sprinting towards the goal of full island-wide customs clearance operation. Policies such as the "Notice on Import and Export Taxation Policies for Goods in the Hengqin-Guangdong-Macao Deep Cooperation Zone", the "Notice on Taxation Policies for Personal Luggage and Sent Articles in the Hengqin-Guangdong-Macao Deep Cooperation Zone" and the "Measures of the People's Republic of China on Customs Supervision of the Hengqin-Guangdong-Macao Deep Cooperation Zone" have been introduced one after another and will be implemented on the date of acceptance of the relevant supervisory facilities of the zone, and its official customs operation closure.
