On September 17, the overseas Chinese media "Dream China, walk into the free Trade Port" tour in Hainan officially launched in Haikou, Hainan. The event aims to give full play to the role of overseas Chinese media in international communication, publicize the policies and development of Hainan Free Trade Port, and facilitate the construction of Hainan Free Trade Port.

In 9 days of activities, will be on policy interpretation, hainan CaiFengTuan account key industrial park communication, interview investigation, negotiation, will go to haikou, wenchang, jiangdong district of haikou, qinlan city economic development zone, sanya bay cliff state science and technology, different policy XuanJie activity to participate in free trade port.

Li Caiwang, chairman of the Overseas Chinese Federation of Hainan province, said that Hainan has rich cultural heritage of overseas Chinese. At present, there are over 3.9 million Overseas Chinese from over 60 countries and over 1.3 million returned overseas Chinese and overseas Chinese family members. All these are important spiritual forces for the construction of hainan free Trade Port.

Since June 1, 2020, when the general plan for building hainan free Trade Port was promulgated, hainan has launched 372 construction projects in three batches, with a total investment of 117.3 billion yuan.
