A few days ago, Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Mishuskin made a successful visit to China. At the regular press conference of the Ministry of Commerce held on May 25, spokesperson Shuang Jue-ting said that during this visit, the Sino-Russian Business Forum hosted by the Chinese Ministry of Commerce and the Russian Ministry of Economic Development was successfully held in Shanghai with the active participation of enterprises from both sides, and the event achieved good results. The Ministry of Commerce and the Russian Ministry of Economic Development signed a Memorandum of Understanding on Deepening Cooperation in the Field of Trade in Services, agreeing to strengthen cooperation in the fields of tourism, sports, transportation and medical care, and to continuously improve the level of cooperation in trade in services.




According to Shuang Jue Ting, in the next step, the Ministry of Commerce, together with relevant departments, will work with the Russian side to implement the important consensus reached by the leaders of the two countries, and jointly take positive measures to consolidate traditional commodity trade, expand cooperation in agriculture, trade in services, digital economy and green development, optimize the trade structure, enhance the level of facilitation, and promote the quantity and quality of Sino-Russian economic and trade cooperation.
